    Asphalt Overlay & Resurfacing
An overlay, or resurfacing as it’s sometimes referred to, can be a cost effective [commercial asphalt overlay & resurfacing] option to complete removal and replacement of an existing parking lot. This is especially true in the case of a parking lot that has not completely failed. Overlaying a parking lot can be very appealing when it comes to cost as it can be anywhere from 50% to 70% less expensive than a complete removal and replacement.
